Putting on jeans straights from the dryer and they are already big without having to do the twist-jump-bend-to- stetch-them dance!
Not a fan of the scale this monring....hopefully it's better by tomorrow...

Hey there...I have not been cleared to exercise yet...boo...I opened two of my surgery sites from lifting my Austin too much, so when I went back for week 2 visit, I had to have them re-glued and taped back up...I am on walking...and have been beach walking since that ups the resistance a little...but that's about all I can do for now!
